COVID19 advice

Posted by on 23rd Mar, 20

Due to the rapidly changing situation over the past couple of days and following on from further government guidance, we have to postpone all routine dental appointments in order to protect our staff and patients, we are now only providing emergency dental care and completing treatments that are essential

*** PLEASE NOTE AT THIS TIME WE WILL STILL BE SEEING ANY DENTAL EMERGENCIES IF APPROPRIATE***

If you have an appointment booked for routine examinations or treatment this week Our staff will be in contact with you.

We would ask our patients to be patient with us at this difficult time.

If you suffer from a dental emergency, please listen carefully to our telephone answer message for all information - you will be directed to Yusuf’s mobile who will then be able to advise you

If leaving a message Please speak clearly with your full name, date of birth and your contact number. Yusuf will get back to you as soon as he can.

If you have a raised temperature or a continuous cough, you must follow the government guideline and remain at home and call NHS 111 for advice.  NHS 111 will divert you to a designated dental practice who are equipped to help emergency patients with COVID19 symptoms.

Once the COVID19 situation improves and we are able to resume back to normal routine, we will contact all patients with postponed appointment.

Please take care and stay safe ❤
